Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Supplier Quality / Performance Engineer for manufacturing environments. The role requires extensive travel to supplier facilities, with responsibilities spanning monitoring, risk mitigation and corrective actions to ensure on-time, safe delivery of components.

Ideal candidates bring 5–12+ years in supplier quality, APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/Control Plans expertise, and strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–12+ years in Supplier Quality / Supplier Development.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Experience in Manufacturing Oversight and quality monitoring.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively (paid by client).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with suppliers to monitor production, quality, testing and delivery performance.
• Identify and mitigate supplier and manufacturing risks.
• Support Supplier Oversight and Supplier Improvement Plans.
• Drive corrective actions and issue resolution with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering and Program teams.
• Help ensure components are manufactured and delivered safely, correctly and on schedule.
