Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive APQP activities with external suppliers and conduct on-site supplier audits.

You will evaluate PPAP documentation, participate in process and product audits at vendor ends, and collaborate to close 8D and RCA corrective actions ensuring timely support for FAI, PPAP, and related quality milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience driving APQP activities with suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of PPAP and supplier quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive APQP activities at suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers in part development in a timely manner.
• Evaluate PPAP documentation and align with Parker Quality requirements.
• Conduct onsite Supplier onloading. Process and Product audits at vendor ends.
• Analyze quality issues at supplier end, work on RCA and corrective actions closure.
• Constant follow up with suppliers to ensure they support FAI, PPAP, etc. in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of PPAP, Supplier Audit, 7QC Tool, 8D, SPC, Gauge R&R etc.
