Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Supplier Quality / Performance Engineer for manufacturing environments. The role emphasizes supplier quality, performance improvements, and close collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and robust quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supplier quality or manufacturing quality and will engage in audits, evaluations, and root-cause analyses, while traveling extensively as required by the client.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Hands-on supplier quality audits and supplier evaluations.
• Strong CAPA, root cause analysis, SCAR, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Experience with manufacturing oversight, supplier performance monitoring, and quality improvement.
• Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to identify risks and resolve quality issues.
• Experience in manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or oil & gas is preferred.

Supplier Quality / Performance Engineer - Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Supplier Quality / Performance Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing and supplier quality. The candidate will work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Strong experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Hands-on experience conducting supplier quality audits and supplier evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, SCAR, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Experience with manufacturing oversight, supplier performance monitoring, and quality improvement.
• Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to identify risks and resolve quality issues.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, energy, oil & gas, or similar industries is preferred.
