Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management preferred.
• Experience with supplier audits and PPAP or supplier approvals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve supplier QA processes for domestic and international suppliers.
• Monitor incoming material and FG quality; identify trends and defects.
• Investigate issues with suppliers; determine root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits, factory visits, and quality assessments.
• Oversee inspections for international finished goods, including pre-shipment checks.
• Establish and maintain supplier scorecards, metrics, and inspection standards.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve quality concerns.
• Support new supplier qualification and material approvals.
• Stay current with quality practices to strengthen the supplier program.
