Voith US Inc. is seeking a Project Quality Manager in York, PA to lead quality governance for hydroelectric project execution from bid through turnover.

You will ensure all customer, contractual, regulatory and environmental quality requirements are deployed and measured across the lifecycle, and you will partner with Project Managers, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and field teams to drive compliance and improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quality/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project quality or related areas.
• Experience in engineer-to-order, manufacturing, hydroelectric or similar environments.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate project quality activities across the lifecycle from bid to turnover.
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, strategies and schedules.
• Integrate customer, contractual, regulatory, environmental and company quality requirements into execution processes.
• Act as the primary quality representative within project teams and support stakeholders on quality decisions.
