Kelvion is seeking a Quality Engineering leader to oversee quality for mechanical and electrical systems, including Power Network Modules, Advanced Cooling Solutions, and Pressure Vessels. You will manage supplier audits, PPAP/APQP, and ensure ISO 9001 and ASME compliance across global partners.

This on-site role emphasizes data-driven quality improvements, DFMEA/PFMEA inputs, and collaboration with manufacturing and design teams in a fast-paced datacenter environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Experience auditing per ISO 9001 and ASME requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and drive root-cause investigations.

Aufgaben

• Assess suppliers and conduct facility audits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage PPAP/APQP for new product introductions.
• Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Verify ITP validation processes and hydrostatic testing where needed.
• Lead 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analyses for critical issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve processes and quality systems.
• Provide data for supplier scorecards and feedback to DFMEA/PFMEA teams.
• Support DFMEA & PFMEA inputs with field data and trends.
