Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5+ years in product quality, hardware reliability, or power electronics manufacturing.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive CAPA using 8D and 5-Why methodologies.
• Partner with Supplier Quality to track anomalies and issue SCAR.
• Establish QC systems, variation limits, and SPC for power assemblies.
• Define qualification strategies and test plans for worst-case thermal/operational stress.
• Lead DFMEA and PFMEA risk assessments.
