Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in the United States is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to assure the quality, reliability, and performance of data center cooling components. You will build strong supplier relationships, conduct audits, and drive continuous quality improvements across the supply chain.

Candidates should have 2+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, ISO 9001 knowledge, and hands-on use of 8D, CAPA, Six

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or a related role (experience in industrial HVAC, refrigeration, or data center cooling preferred).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, experience with quality tools, and knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using 8D, RCA, CAPA, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards, ensuring compliance with company and industry requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and process reviews to verify adherence to specifications and quality expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using quality metrics (PPM, on-time delivery, CAPA).
• Investigate non-conforming materials, drive RCA and CAPA with suppliers, and implement process improvements.
