Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production-related discipline (Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management or Supplier Quality).
• 5+ years of experience managing a global team.
• 1+ years of experience presenting strategies at executive levels.
• 1+ years of experience addressing supplier non-conformances and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier quality, including investigations, containment, audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee supplier quality audits, first article inspections, and source inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive early identification and resolution of supplier-related quality issues and product safety risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and supplier partners to mitigate quality risks.
• Deliver executive-level reports on supplier quality status, risks, and improvement initiatives.
