Qualifications

• Knowledge of GD&T and MSA.
• Understanding of metallurgical requirements and how to interpret reports.
• Strong problem solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with quality problem solving tools such as 8D, 5-Why, fishbone, etc.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address supplier quality topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality initiatives and ensure timely performance reporting.
• Resolve supplier technical issues to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Drive supplier quality improvement projects to enhance capability.
• Document investigations, dispositions, and resolutions of quality complaints.
• Conduct supplier audits to verify product conformity and drive standardization.
