Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in an Engineering or Management field; Mechanical/Electrical/Materials preferred.
• 2+ years supplier quality and QA experience in manufacturing.
• CQE or CQA certification; Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
• Experience with plastics, injection molding, packaging, metal components, and finished goods suppliers.
• Mandarin or Spanish proficiency; travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct supplier audits and manage SCARs to closure.
• Execute PPAP and align specs with supplier process capability and controls.
• Partner with sourcing to monitor and improve supplier performance using scorecards.
• Support APQP in product development and risk mitigation across teams.
• Drive ISO, SPC, Lean and Six Sigma improvements; support receiving inspection standardization and NCR handling.
