Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a Global Supplier Quality Leader to build and lead a world-class supplier quality and development program that raises performance across our supply base. You will partner with Global Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to reduce risk and accelerate NPI readiness.

In this high-impact role, you will drive qualification, onboarding, monitoring, development, and corrective action, while standardizing processes and continuously improving supplier quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience implementing supplier quality systems at an enterprise level.
• ASQ CQE, CSQP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or APICS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global supplier quality strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish a comprehensive supplier quality framework spanning qualification, onboarding, monitoring, development, and escalation.
• Lead supplier development for strategic and high-risk suppliers with measurable milestones.
• Own supplier audit program including qualification, process, surveillance, and acquisition supplier evaluations.
• Lead corrective action management using 8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis, and related tools.
• Build and deploy supplier scorecards, dashboards, and digital quality management tools.
