Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of procurement experience in quality, with supplier interaction.
• Experience in solar/renewable energy or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing.
• Familiar with quality practice and quality standards
• Proficient with office software (Excel).
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsabilités

• Scan, screen, evaluate and develop current and new suppliers according to strategy.
• Collect latest market technology information and apply to company needs.
• Bridge between technical department and quality for new material sampling and qualification.
• Track supplier quality performance and lead quality reviews to improve results.
• Monitor and improve supplier and value stream performance; mitigate supply risk globally.
