Boviet Solar seeks a Buyer/Procurement Specialist for our Greenville, NC facility. You will source direct and indirect materials, manage supplier relations, and drive cost efficiency across the supply base.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, SAP/ERP experience, and strong negotiation and analytical capabilities. Overtime may be required; on-site work at the Greenville plant is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred.
• Professional certifications (CPP, CPPM) are a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and qualify new sources with focus on supplier base optimization and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance regarding price, delivery, responsiveness, and quality.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality and other departments to resolve issues.
• Review supplier bids and proposals; provide sourcing recommendations to leadership.
• Negotiate and manage contract terms and conditions to minimize risk.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and other procurement issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and related procurement projects.
