Travel about 15% is required, and you will lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, at least three years in manufacturing QA, and solid knowledge of AIAG standards, PPAP, PFMEA, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; QA knowledge preferred.
• Minimum three years in quality in manufacturing.
• Familiar with AIAG QA standards and PPAP/ PFMEA.
• Strong problem solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, including non-conformances and complaints.
• Evaluate supplier performance and approvals; conduct first article inspections.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate material quality issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver technical responses to suppliers and lead corrective actions.
