Job summary

Neuralink is seeking a Supplier Industrialization Engineer in San Francisco, CA to oversee the industrialization of components for their innovative medical devices. This role requires a versatile engineer capable of managing various manufacturing processes and ensuring supplier compliance with high-quality standards.

The engineer will partner with manufacturing, quality, and design teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to read complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T.
• Proficiency with engineering and data tools.
• Hands-on experience leading structured root-cause and corrective-action work.

Responsibilities

• Own industrialization for parts across mechanical, electromechanical, and materials commodities.
• Drive supplier readiness for NPI builds and design changes.
• Qualify supplier manufacturing processes through various studies.

Skills

Generalist mindset

Experience in multiple manufacturing domains

Strong first-principles engineering judgment

Education

B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline

Tools

SolidWorks or equivalent CAD
