Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Supplier Development Manager in Irvine, CA, to lead continuous improvement initiatives and resolve supplier quality issues. You will monitor supplier performance against contracts, scorecards, and KPIs, and approve suppliers recommended by Procurement / Supply Chain teams.

Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; responsibilities include initiating vendor quality management and process improvements, and collaborating to establish supplier selection criteria

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business, engineering, or materials management, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of supplier development experience.
• Experience implementing PPAP and quality system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier site audits and coordinate cross‑functional audits for supplier quality.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and scorecards; resolve issues.
• Drive supplier corrective and preventive actions.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
