Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain
• 10+ years' experience within operations / supply chain
• SAP Implementation experience a plus
• Experience working Internationally with other supply chain systems and operating structures
• Supply Chain best practices or Lean and supply chain re-engineering experience
• Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, redesign, and improve supply chain processes across local and back-office functions, including demand planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, and warehousing.
• Support supply chain systems, transaction processes, and platform strategies during implementation and enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, presenting technical information clearly.
• Influence peers, leaders, and executives to support strategic initiatives and efficiencies.
• Contribute to analysis, planning, and design of strategic systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Develop and support supply chain processes, analytics, and systems within Parker's supply chain organization.
• Engage with regional supply chain managers to respond proactively to changing business requirements.
• Manage change initiatives and related projects to successful completion, aligning with objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop business cases for new projects.
