Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Team Lead, Supplier Development to manage the Supplier Development Engineering team and drive development projects with strategic suppliers worldwide. You will establish goals, coordinate with Strategic Sourcing, and ensure alignment with Rockwell standards while guiding a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead development projects at Rockwell's strategic suppliers.
• Develop onboarding of suppliers to Rockwell's requirements and capability expectations; improve existing suppliers in quality, cost, and technology.
• Lead a team across geographies with SDE responsibilities and training on Rockwell expectations.
• Coordinate with SQEs, Strategic Sourcing, and Engineering to align supplier development activities.
