Job summary

MLA Move Language Ahead seeks an Activity Leader for a mid-June to mid-August program at Florida International University in Miami. You will design and lead engaging activities and oversee excursions, ensuring safety and creating a memorable experience for international students.

Your energy will drive connections and cultural exchange across diverse groups. This full-time seasonal role offers hourly pay, free room and board, and formal training.

Responsibilities

• Provide guided tours once the group arrives at the destination.
• Ensure adequate preparation and setup for activities and excursions.
• Lead, supervise, motivate and engage students on activities.
• Encourage participation in planned activities.
• Adhere to risk assessments and safeguarding.
• Assist in organization and preparation of activities and excursions.
• Participate in, supervise and lead all activities including sports, karaoke, disco nights.
• Establish meeting locations and times and communicate to guests.
