Job summary

EF Education First Ltd. is seeking an Activity Leader for Summer 2027 in the United States.

The role involves delivering safe, engaging activities, leading city tours and themed events, and helping students experience local culture while building international friendships. Housing is provided on a taxable fringe basis for select situations, and applicants must be 21 or older with full time availability during the program.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, organized and a natural leader.
• Ability to keep students engaged in a safe learning environment.
• Responsible and approachable with a friendly demeanor.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States and complete fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, participation, and clean up for on-campus activities.
• Lead students on off-campus excursions.
• Monitor daily student attendance.
• Assist with student arrivals and departures.
• Attend all leader meetings.
• Ensure EF behavior code is followed and report issues.
• Respond to problems and emergencies as needed.
