Responsibilities

• Assess impact of global substance compliance regulations on Caterpillar products and operations.
• Identify compliance requirements with product groups and support risk management.
• Develop compliance guidance documents, declarations, procedures, and standard work.
• Support inquiries from customers, regulators, and internal users about compliance.
• Collect, validate, and manage data from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Improve compliance processes, data governance, and systems for global requirements.
