Qualifications
- Supply Chain, Supply Chain Integration, or Logistics experience.
- Experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule and/or technical program performance.
- Bachelor's degree may be required or preferred depending on position.
Responsibilities
- Manage subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors and critical subcontracted systems across contract types.
- Direct and manage costs, quality, schedule, and technical performance to meet milestones.
- Develop sourcing and subcontract program management plans addressing risk and execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.
