Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex programs. You will lead cross‑functional teams, sign supplier agreements, and manage subcontract work for programs including C-130 tooling and global sustainment.

A Bachelor's degree and procurement experience are required, with familiarity in SAP/ERP. The role involves developing specifications, evaluating bids, and negotiating terms with suppliers across multiple contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• Experience with procurement, supply chain, purchase orders, supplier proposals, or related relationships; negotiations and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements within authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare bids, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals and negotiate subcontract provisions.
