Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations.
• U.S. person status or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subcontracts and support documentation in accordance with policies.
• Handle international procurements and suppliers, submitting RFQ’s/RFPs.
• Perform cost and price analysis of supplier proposals.
• Monitor supplier commitments and ensure contract delivery dates.
• Administer subcontracts for all program phases.
• Negotiate and administer complex high-value products under various contract types.
