Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Five years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with three years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subcontracts and supporting documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Submit compliant RFQs/RFPs to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and ensure contract delivery dates are met.
• Administer subcontracts for all program phases including negotiation and documentation.
• Support business proposal initiatives by analyzing and evaluating supplier proposals.
