Job summary

Capital Search Group is assisting a midsize defense contractor in Franklin, MA to fill a Supply Chain Manager role. The position oversees supply chain, logistics, procurement, and inventory management to support defense systems and components.

The candidate should have CPSR experience, a background in defense programs, and the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Hybrid role with compensation targeted at $150-165K based on experience.

Our client - a midsize defense contractor in Franklin, MA (Foxborough/Franklin corridor) has an immediate need for a Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the VP of Contracts/Supply Chain, the position leads and oversees supply chain, logistics, procurement, and inventory management functions to support wide range of defense systems, equipment and components. Ensure compliance with U.S. gov regulations (FAR/DFAR). CPSR experience is a MUST. Experience supporting defense, aerospace, naval or complex hardware production programs including transition from development (LRIP) into rate production highly preferred. Ability to obtain/maintain Security clearance. Hybrid role. Compensation is targeted at $150-165K based on experience.
