Job summary

The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking a Program Manager, Study Abroad, to oversee daily operations and logistics of UTSA’s study abroad programs. You will serve UTSA students, faculty and staff, promoting international opportunities and managing program life cycles to ensure compliance and success.

Responsibilities include guiding students, coordinating outreach, and producing monthly reports while collaborating with leadership to enhance global education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of related work experience required.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio per EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

• Refine, plan and execute study goals; guide students through study abroad process.
• Initiate and execute outreach and recruit faculty/staff for international programs.
• Engage with students via presentations, events, social media to promote global education.
• Support UTSA faculty and staff leading international programs; manage life cycle activities.
