Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Via TRM and CRM tools.
• Experience with Excel and Drupal.
• Bilingual in English and another language is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote and manage study abroad and student exchange programs.
• Provide general advising and guide students through program selection and applications.
• Assist with financial aid, scholarships, billing, and registration information.
• Support emergency responses and liaise with faculty and staff on policies.
• Coordinate program details with partners, faculty, and departments.
• Maintain program data in Via TRM and CRM systems.
