Job summary

Deluxe Cinema is seeking an International Support Technician in Wilmington, OH. The role focuses on responding to inquiries, troubleshooting, and issuing KDMs for 150+ studios across 119 territories, ensuring timely and accurate customer support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests from studios, exhibitors, and clients professionally and promptly
• Troubleshoot issues and process incidents to resolution; issue KDMs per guidelines
• Provide timely support via phone and email to external and internal customers
• Create KDMs for theatres per studio guidelines and timing
• Document problems and solutions; escalate and track issues
• Identify trends and contribute to updated documentation and playbooks
• Generate reports from internal systems for management review
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and participate in special projects
