Job summary

Deluxe in the cinema division is seeking an International Support Technician based in Wilmington, Ohio. You will respond to calls and emails from studios, distributors, and theatre clients, troubleshoot incidents, and issue digital keys (KDMs) according to studio guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

This role requires strong computer skills, clear communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of software, databases, and internet protocols.
• Proactive, able to take direction and own projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand main systems and web-based programs used daily.
• Access and maintain knowledge bases and FAQs for troubleshooting and servicing customers.
• Provide timely, accurate support to external clients via email and phone.
• Create KDMs per studio guidelines, with specific play-out dates/times.
• Communicate problems and solutions for content-related issues with sound judgment.
• Update and report problems via incidents and advisements, with precise documentation.
