Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Executive Producer to lead Snap Studio, overseeing a portfolio of high‑impact creative and production work from intake through delivery. You will drive strategic direction, staffing, budgeting, and processes to deliver outstanding content at scale.

This role blends hands-on production with executive leadership, requiring collaboration with internal partners across Finance, Legal, Brand, and Marketing to ensure alignment and high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative production or related fields.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and high-volume projects.
• Experience in in-house studios, production companies, or agencies.
• Experience managing global brands and executive content.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, contracts, and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own Snap Studio service model and strategy across always-on services and project-based production.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of a high-volume portfolio from intake to delivery.
• Set expectations with internal customers and communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.
• Oversee delivery of complex productions including video, photography, design, and 3D/AR assets.
• Build scalable production workflows, dashboards, and operating rituals for visibility and accountability.
