Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking an Executive Producer to lead Snap Studio, shaping the end-to-end production pipeline for ongoing and project-based work.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, set intake and greenlight processes, and partner with executives to align scope, priorities, and timelines while ensuring high-quality, scalable outputs. Qualifications

• End-to-end creative production lifecycle knowledge from strategy to archival.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programs.
• Experience in in-house studio, production company, or agency environments.
• Track record managing budgets, forecasts, POs, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the Snap Studio service model and operating strategy across ongoing and project-based work.
• Lead the full lifecycle of a high-volume, cross-functional portfolio.
• Establish intake, triage, and greenlight processes balancing priorities, creative ambition, capacity and budget.
• Serve as senior partner to internal customers and executives; align scope and priorities.
• Oversee delivery of complex productions including video, photography, design, and AR/3D work.
• Provide executive production leadership and hands-on support when needed.
