Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in commodity finance, corporate banking, or trade finance.
• Advanced Excel modeling and knowledge of financial instruments and risk assessment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deal Structuring: Design and implement tailored financing solutions (e.g., prepayments, inventory finance, borrowing base facilities).
• Risk Mitigation: Analyze and mitigate risks using instruments like insurance guarantees and letters of credit.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Create complex working capital models, forecast trends, and analyze collateral (inventory, receivables).
• Execution & Documentation: Negotiate with lenders/counterparties and prepare legal documentation.
