Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in business, with emphasis in accounting, finance or actuarial science or equivalent related work experience required
• Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) preferred
• 8+ Years of experience in accounting, auditing, or structured finance required
• Financial modeling experience related to structured finance preferred
• Actuarial experience preferred
• 3+ Years insurance/reinsurance accounting experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Manage a project team of professionals to structure and complete complex reinsurance transactions globally.
• Assist with coordinating processes of analyzing transactions with technical experts.
• Lead negotiations with external parties and implement optimization strategies.
• Establish processes to ensure financing transactions are properly implemented.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise to design financing solutions for regulatory needs.
• Oversee month-end/quarterly/annual financial reporting for structured finance transactions.
• Support internal control and audit compliance processes.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
