Job summary

The Senior Distribution Operations Manager at Disney+ will drive end-to-end operational delivery of content globally across multiple pipelines, ensuring titles are technically accurate, validated, conform to platform specs, and launched on time.

You will lead cross-functional troubleshooting, anticipate issues, and build scalable solutions while coordinating with Studio Ops, Localization, Mastering, Avails and Programming to interpret priorities and unblock blockers.

Qualifications

• 7 years in digital distribution, streaming ops, or related content ops.
• Strong knowledge of digital supply chain workflows and streaming specs.
• Proven track record delivering operations under tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating across internal and vendor teams.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, communication, and PM skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day title delivery execution for Disney+ globally.
• Track materials through ingest, validation, conformance, and SIP/DSS.
• Ensure Sunrise readiness and technical specification accuracy.
• Collaborate with Studio Ops, Localization, Mastering, Avails, and Programming.
• Identify gaps and drive workflow/tool improvements.
• Use data, budgets, and OKRs to increase velocity and control costs.
