Job summary

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Content Insertion Lead to supervise daily streaming operations, test events, and coordinate troubleshooting across departments. You will ensure event readiness from start to finish and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

The role requires 4 years in live streaming ops, ability to work weekends/holidays, fast internet, quiet workspace, and proficiency with common office tools.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as operator or similar role in live streaming operations.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, including evenings and overnight.
• Fast internet and a quiet environment to work in.
• Basic computer proficiency including word processors, spreadsheets, and email (MS Teams).
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced production environment.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining daily operation sheets and trackers.
• Confirming operator setups and supervising for event duration.
• Operating events without active slating requirements.
• Coordinating with other departments for routine troubleshooting and schedule changes.
• Other tasks as needed to fulfill the role.
