Ford is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to shape long-range strategy across global teams. You will generate hypotheses, structure problem solving, conduct analyses, and translate insights into strategic actions for senior leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience successfully launching and scaling innovative projects or businesses, preferably in the automotive or technology sectors (or 4+ years with a Master's degree)
• Proven experience leading high impact cross-functional projects at global scale.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to build consensus and mobilize teams.
• Analytical prowess with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and challenging the status quo, bringing creative solutions to lead resolution of complex issues.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (written presentations for a senior executive audience), Excel (mathematical modeling of large data sets), Word (white papers).
