The successful candidate will advise project teams, manage risks, and craft change communications to ensure adoption and demonstrated business value across global functions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years leading or supporting large, cross-functional or global initiatives.
• Operate as a strategic partner, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication with executive updates.
• Influence across multiple organizational levels, including senior leaders.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable messaging.
• Strong problem-solving skills to design practical solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity with structure and progress.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative in a global matrix.
• Build trust quickly with internal partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and shape initiative direction.
• Lead delivery of priority programs from concept to implementation.
• Act as trusted advisor and hands-on strategic partner to project teams.
• Translate priorities into execution plans and leadership updates.
• Build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Challenge constructively and apply sound business judgment.
• Assess risks and dependencies; guide teams through ambiguity.
• Maintain program plans, milestones, dashboards, and comms plans.
• Create compelling change management messaging and executive updates.
• Strengthen narratives and audience-specific messaging across programs.
