Job summary

KEEN, Inc. seeks a Global Projects & Strategy Director to lead the enterprise project-management and strategic-execution function.

You will translate strategic priorities into a disciplined portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, delivering measurable business results across markets and channels. The role partners with global leaders, leveraging internal and external data to inform decisions, strengthen governance, and identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• Advanced portfolio, program, and project management with governance design.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives with clear objectives, governance, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Establishes and improves PMO standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting practices.
• Builds integrated project and portfolio plans, manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across Global teams.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives spanning commercial strategy, operating-model design, supply chain, systems, and process improvement.
