Job summary
KEEN is seeking a Global Projects & Strategy Director who will translate strategic priorities into a disciplined portfolio of cross-functional initiatives. You will drive governance, financial and performance-based insights, and external market intelligence to inform decisions and improve growth, margins, and service across markets.
The role requires building standards, capabilities, and accountability to deliver KEEN’s long-term strategy while partnering with global leaders to drive portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, operations, strategy, or related field.
- MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, Scrum, or equivalent program-management certification preferred.
- Ten years progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional strategy, transformation, or program-management work in multinational settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives with clear objectives, governance, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Develop strategic plans and business cases; create implementation roadmaps for sustainable growth and improved margins.
- Establish PMO standards, methodologies, and reporting; apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery as appropriate.
