Responsibilities

• Lead global footwear product development from concept through commercialization.
• Establish development standards, technical requirements, and milestones for readiness and scale.
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Innovation, Sourcing, Costing, Engineering, Quality, and factories to improve speed, margin, and quality.
