Job summary

Referment, a global firm, is seeking an associate for its central strategy and operations group in New York. You will move between research, analysis and implementation, turning information into clear recommendations and helping teams apply them across strategic projects.

This role suits someone who enjoys bridging analysis with hands-on delivery, collaborating with senior colleagues and across functions to influence decisions on operating locations, technology priorities and future plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating projects across teams.
• Coding or financial modelling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research complex business and operating questions, synthesising quantitative and qualitative information into practical recommendations.
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from initial analysis through execution.
• Help assess decisions such as operating locations, technology priorities and longer-term organisational plans.
• Coordinate projects and processes involving colleagues from different functions and levels of seniority.
• Communicate findings clearly in written materials and discussions with senior stakeholders.
