Working with senior colleagues and teams across the business, you will tackle high-priority questions that influence how the organisation operates and plans for the future.

This role suits someone who enjoys moving between research, analysis and implementation. You will turn information from different sources into clear recommendations, then help the relevant teams put those recommendations into practice across varied strategic projects.

The Role

• Research complex business and operating questions, synthesising quantitative and qualitative information into practical recommendations.
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from initial analysis through execution.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree or higher and at least one year of comparable professional experience.
• Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail and the ability to structure unfamiliar problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the confidence to explain recommendations to varied audiences.
• Experience managing projects or processes across multiple teams and keeping work moving.
• Coding or financial-modelling experience is useful but not essential.
