Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or related field required; MBA/MS strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience in global corporate strategy or strategy consulting at a top-tier firm, preferably in CPG.
• Strong analytical skills: structure data, build analysis frameworks, derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead current Strategy deployment and track vs target, identifying growth opportunities/risks.
• Lead Global Ice Cream strategy refresh and mid-term planning.
• Collaborate with key regions on localization of the refreshed strategy.
• Drive competitive intelligence and benchmarking with regional teams; conduct desk research and data analysis.
• Lead geographic expansion and licensing considerations.
• Communicate challenges, strengths, and performance to senior stakeholders via polished presentations.
• Lead and execute internal projects across critical business issues; define questions, plan, and deliver results.
• Partner with IC business leaders to sharpen priorities and seed growth areas.
• Help upskill the ice cream organization with critical skills and mindsets; support developing key talents.
