Job summary

CRH, a global leader in building materials, seeks a Strategy Manager to advance growth and value creation. Based in Atlanta, GA, you will partner with operating businesses and the SIV group to analyze markets, prepare memos and presentations, and support strategic initiatives across CRH’s portfolio.

You will work with senior leadership to identify opportunities, conduct deep dives, and support cross-functional strategy projects while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Construction and Building Materials sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze growth opportunities across CRH, providing insights and optionality to leadership.
• Conduct deep dives on strategic topics to support leadership decisions.
• Support annual strategic planning, including regional reviews.
• Assess emerging markets and business models adjacent to CRH core markets.
