Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a strategic leader reporting to the CEO to shape and execute the company's strategic agenda. You will act as a force multiplier for leadership, align cross-functional priorities, and drive high-priority initiatives, with on-site collaboration as a core aspect of the role.

The role requires 3–6 years in top-tier strategy consulting with healthcare focus plus 1–2 years in pharma/biotech industry, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

3–6 years at top-tier strategy consulting (healthcare focus).
1–2 years industry pharma/biotech (strategy, commercial, or medical).
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and life sciences knowledge.
Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MS) or MBA.
Exposure to oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.
Experience with global markets and leadership in strategy/transformation projects.

Responsibilities
