Responsibilities

• Own and execute global commodity strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and value.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and results.
• Drive strategic sourcing from opportunities through award and realization.
• Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier economics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Own supplier selection, sourcing recommendations, and award strategies.
• Develop a productivity pipeline including PPV, VAVE, negotiations, and should-cost opportunities.
• Manage supplier performance via segmentation, scorecards, and quarterly reviews.
• Negotiate and manage long-term contracts and key terms to protect value.
• Lead risk mitigation, dual sourcing, capacity reviews, and inventory alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional sourcing initiatives with engineering, operations, and finance.
