Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through supplier selection and negotiations.
• Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier economics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Own supplier selection, sourcing recommendations, and award strategies with accountability for outcomes.
• Manage supplier performance through scorecards, reviews, and corrective actions.
• Drive dual sourcing, capacity reviews, and continuity planning to mitigate risk.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects involving engineering, finance, and operations.
