Qualifications

• Bachelors in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or related discipline.
• Experience leading category strategies and enterprise negotiations.
• Experience in Facilities/Real Estate, Event Production, HR, IT, or Corporate Services.
• Experience in a multi-entity, matrixed org structure.
• Strong financial acumen to quantify savings and TCO impacts.
• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives and competitive bids.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards for value.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, Production, and Facilities.
• Drive supplier rationalization and enterprise leverage.
• Prepare executive-ready recommendations and updates.
